Qualified community growth
A Compensation Program Designed to Reward Qualified Growth
The MHERC Compensation Program is designed to recognize and reward affiliates who contribute to the growth of the ecosystem through qualified consumer and merchant referrals. The Compensation Plan outlines the available bonus programs, qualification requirements, payout procedures, verification standards, applicable limitations, and activities that qualify for incentives.
MHERC offers performance-based earning potential that can grow with qualified participation. The program is intended to reward meaningful contributions to community growth and engagement.
Participation in the Affiliate Program does not constitute employment, a salary arrangement, an investment, a savings product, or a guarantee of income. Any earnings will depend on factors such as qualified referrals, member and merchant activity, ongoing participation, market demand, network performance, compliance with program policies, and the provisions of the final approved Compensation Plan.
Direct Referral Bonus — 10%
Eligible paid affiliates may receive ₱50 for a qualified personally referred Consumer upgrade and ₱500 for a qualified personally referred Merchant upgrade, subject to the Compensation Plan.
Global 10×10 Forced Matrix Bonus — 20% total
The Matrix Bonus budget is divided across ten levels at 2% per level. A qualified upgrade contributes the following allocation:
| Upgrade | Package amount | Total Matrix allocation (20%) | Per-level allocation (2%) | Levels |
| Consumer | ₱500 | ₱100 | ₱10 | 1–10 |
| Merchant | ₱5,000 | ₱1,000 | ₱100 | 1–10 |
An eligible position receives the corresponding per-level bonus under the Compensation Plan. The total 20% is distributed across ten levels; it is not 20% at every level. These figures describe the allocation from one qualified upgrade, not a projection of a member’s earnings.
The matrix has a maximum width of ten positions and extends through ten levels. Additional placements follow the program’s placement rules. Spillover refers to members sponsored by others being placed within available positions in a matrix organization; it does not guarantee placement, activity, or earnings.
Qualified renewal fees follow the same bonus allocations, subject to the Compensation Plan. Full qualification rules, payout schedules, and the treatment of empty or unqualified positions will be detailed in the completed plan. Review those terms before participating for earning purposes.
