Affiliate Agreement

01Participation and scope

This agreement applies between the registered MHERC operator identified in the Terms and Conditions and a person or authorized business accepted into its affiliate program. Read it together with the Terms and Conditions and the compensation schedule applicable when a qualifying transaction occurs.

Free members may introduce others to MHERC. Under the current program design, monetary affiliate compensation is reserved for eligible paid Consumer or Merchant Package members. Purchasing a package alone does not create an entitlement to income.

02Independent role

An affiliate introduces the program independently and is not authorized to bind MHERC, alter its offers, promise payment on its behalf or represent that an employment, agency or investment relationship has been created.

You decide whether to participate and bear your own voluntarily incurred promotion costs, subject to any separate written arrangement. Do not borrow or encourage another person to borrow on the assumption that affiliate earnings will cover membership fees or expenses.

03Membership and qualification

The current Consumer Package costs PHP 500 annually and the Merchant Package PHP 5,000 annually. Upgrades purchase the stated membership services; they are optional for general program participation. An eligible affiliate must have the status, verification and qualifying activity specified in the accepted compensation schedule.

Free registrations do not themselves generate a monetary commission. No purchase, account placement or renewal should be described as automatically qualifying unless the effective schedule expressly provides for it.

04Compensation framework

The following figures describe the current design, not a complete payout schedule or a promise of earnings:

• Direct Referral Bonus: 10% of a qualifying paid package amount. On PHP 500, the illustration is PHP 50; on PHP 5,000, it is PHP 500.
• Matrix Bonus: a total allocation of 20%, divided across 10 levels at 2% per level. A PHP 500 qualifying package gives an illustrative PHP 10 at each eligible level; a PHP 5,000 qualifying package gives PHP 100 at each eligible level.

The 20% is the aggregate allocation across ten levels, not 20% at every level. An affiliate does not automatically receive all ten allocations. Eligibility and placement must be determined under the effective schedule.

Schedule required before activation: Finalize the qualifying sale definition and calculation base, level eligibility, placement and attribution rules, treatment of renewals, unqualified positions, caps (if any), refunds, cutoffs, payment dates, minimum withdrawal, fees and taxes. These design illustrations must not be used as an operational payout promise while those rules remain unset.

05No guarantee of income

Referral results depend on actual qualified activity and the applicable rules. Earnings may be zero, and participation costs may exceed commissions. There is no guaranteed return, salary, passive income, recovery period or minimum payout.

Do not present hypothetical calculations, top-earner results or “unlimited income” language as a likely outcome. Membership is not sold as an investment. Promotion must focus on the genuine services and benefits purchased, not payment merely for recruiting others. Describing a plan this way does not by itself establish its legal compliance.

06Fair promotion and brand use

• Use current, approved descriptions of fees, benefits and eligibility.
• Tell prospective members when you may receive a referral benefit.
• Respect a person’s decision to remain a free member or decline participation.
• Do not fabricate testimonials, transaction records, member accounts or earnings screenshots.
• Do not send unlawful or unsolicited bulk messages, make misleading guarantees or claim government approval without a verified basis.

Use authorized brand materials without changing their meaning or implying authority you do not hold. Do not collect membership payments personally unless MHERC has expressly authorized a documented payment process.

07Attribution, verification and corrections

Use the approved referral method. Attribution disputes must be supported by relevant records and resolved under the accepted schedule. Do not create fake accounts, use another person’s identity or arrange artificial purchases to generate bonuses.

MHERC may review suspicious activity and temporarily withhold the affected amount while explaining the issue where appropriate. Any reversal for a refunded, duplicate or invalid transaction must follow the applicable rules, identify the reason and allow a review request. Unrelated, validly earned amounts should not be forfeited merely because a separate transaction is disputed.

08Payment, expenses and taxes

Payment requires the verification, payment details and settlement conditions disclosed in the effective schedule. The schedule must explain when a displayed amount becomes earned and payable, how to request payment and any applicable charges. Do not treat an estimated dashboard balance as a guaranteed available payment.

Each party must meet its applicable tax obligations. Any required withholding should be identified and supported by the required documentation. Keep your own records of earnings and expenses.

09Privacy, suspension and withdrawal

Collect and use referral information only with appropriate authority and for a disclosed lawful purpose. Do not share another member’s private records or use MHERC data for unrelated marketing.

You may stop promoting the program and request withdrawal. MHERC may restrict participation for credible fraud or material breaches, with notice and an opportunity to respond where appropriate. Immediate protective action may be needed for security or unlawful conduct. Ending participation does not automatically erase valid accrued payment claims, lawful reversals or outstanding obligations.

10Changes and resolving concerns

Material changes must be communicated with their effective date. Revised rules apply prospectively and must not arbitrarily remove amounts already validly earned. Keep a copy of the schedule you accept.
